Refund Policy

All sales are final.

Items ineligible for a refund include (but are not limited to) the following:

  • Gift Cards
  • Animal Interactions
  • Single Day Admission Tickets
  • Token Packages
  • Annual Passports
  • Birthday Party Packages

PLEASE NOTE: Admission Tickets and Token Packages never expire, and will be honored without restriction. Because of this, we have a strict no refund policy on all admission and token products.

Exchange, Store Credit, or Policy

There are certain situations where your purchase may be eligible for exchange, converted to store credit, or rescheduled for a later date. The determination of the proper course of action is at the discretion of the company.

SeaQuest requires a 12-month commitment for all memberships. Early cancellation will require the balance of the Membership to be paid in full. Once the 12-month commitment has been fulfilled, members can request a cancellation in person at the aquarium with a 30 days notice at any point following the first year.
