Where Can You Find SeaQuest Connecticut?

SeaQuest Connecticut is located in Trumbull, Connecticut, just one hour south of Hartford. Though initially settled in 1639, Trumbull was incorporated as a city township in 1797. It is among some of the oldest settlements in the state of Connecticut and is home to a number of historical sites and attractions. The Pequonnock River runs right through Trumbull – beginning northwest of Old Mine Park and flowing south to Beardsley Park into Bridgeport.

Connecticut is famously known as one of the 13th original colonies in the United States and is the third smallest state by area in the country. The word Connecticut is a Native American term meaning “land on the long tidal river” which refers to the riverways that flow from New Hampshire and Vermont down into Massachusetts and Connecticut – these riverways flow into the Atlantic Ocean on the Connecticut coast. Some of the most historically known towns in the state are Mystic, Bridgeport, Old Saybrook, and New Haven. Connecticut offers a plethora of sights and attractions to visit all around the state, including the Mystic Seaport Museum which is 70 miles east of Trumbull, Yale University, and Foxwoods Resort Casino.

SeaQuest Connecticut is located in the Westfield Trumbull Mall, off Merritt Parkway. The main entrance is on the lower level next to JCPenney. The best place to park is under the garage next to Target.

“Lovely place to take the kids and good experience for adults too. We really enjoyed feeding the birds, watching the sting rays from beneath the glass, and the talking parrot is a plus. Overall great experience!”
