What Age(s) is Best for Guests of SeaQuest?

Answer:  SeaQuest is great for adults and children of ALL ages; however, kids between the ages of 2 and 12 especially love what SeaQuest has to offer.

How Much Does it Cost to Visit SeaQuest?

Answer: Here are SeaQuest Admission prices: 

• Adult (Ages 12+) Any Day Pass: $24.99 
• Child (Ages 2-11) Any Day Pass: $18.99; Children under two are always free
• Annual Passports: $39.99 per year for UNLIMITED Visits

Do I Need to Purchase SeaQuest Tickets in Advance?

Answer: You do not need a reservation for General Admission tickets. You can purchase your tickets online or at the door when you arrive. If you plan to book Premium Interactions, we recommend booking those in advance. Check out our Premium Animal Encounters here!

Are Tickets Emailed After We Purchase Them?

Answer:  After purchasing your ticket(s) from our website, you will receive a confirmation email to the email address you provided at checkout. This email doubles as your confirmed purchase, as well as your SeaQuest Admission ticket(s) for you and/or your group. 

When you arrive at SeaQuest, please present the confirmation email to the Guest Service team member at the Admissions desk, and they will get you all set for your land and sea adventure!

What is Included in a SeaQuest Admission Ticket?

Answer:  General Admission tickets include one full day of unlimited entry at any SeaQuest location. That means you can leave and return the same day, without purchasing another ticket. If you plan on visiting SeaQuest more than once, we highly recommend our Annual Passport! 

What is Included in an Annual Passport?

Answer:  A year-round passport adventure awaits!  It takes only 3 visits to SeaQuest for the passport to pay for itself! Included in the annual passport:

What are Feeding Tokens? What are they Used For? 

Answer:  Feeding tokens are used for feeding and interacting with our animals! Feeding tokens aren’t required, but they will elevate your experience to an exciting new level. One token equals about one cup of food. We offer various token packages and recommend purchasing at least 10-16 tokens per visit. Feeding Tokens never expire. They are good any time, any day!

Please note: SeaQuest tokens can be purchased in-store or on our website. Tokens are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash. SeaQuest is not responsible for lost or stolen tokens, so please keep them secure.

What is the Best Time to Visit a SeaQuest Aquarium?

Monday through Thursday are the best days of the week to visit at SeaQuest. Saturdays and Sundays between 11 am and 4 pm are generally the most active time for the aquarium, so if you want to avoid larger crowds, we suggest visiting before or after those time frames.

How Long Does it Take to Tour a SeaQuest Aquarium?

Answer: If you purchase a General Admission ticket, your tour should take approximately 1.5 – 2 hours. Premium Interaction(s) will take an additional 15-45 minutes per activity. If you purchase the VIP Bundle, the entire visit will run approximately 3-4 hours.

I Want to Have a Birthday Party at SeaQuest! Can I book a Private Event, and what’s Included?

Answer: Birthday parties at SeaQuest are fin-tastic! The standard birthday party experience includes: 

• Admission to SeaQuest for child & parent(s), plus 10 guests.
• Access to SeaQuest party room (1 hr & 30 min).
• A special encounter with an animal of the birthday child’s choice.
• Feeding tokens for the birthday group.
• Goodie bags for every attendee.

Answer: There Absolutely Is! Our gift shops offer a variety of fun items!
